SECRET SISTER
This is a bonding and socializing exercise among members. Members are assigned a "secret sister" to whom they give small surprise gifts throughout the year, maybe on a birthday or at Christmas. The presents should be meaningful and show knowledge about the recipient but the recipient isn't told who is giving them gifts. The giver has to get to know the recipient and ask other members about them to get ideas for gifts. It's fun both to get surprise gifts and to get to know another member!
