The Millpond Music Festival is a major annual fundraiser. Altrusa members staff the entrance to Millpond Park, where the festival is held. They check for festival passes as attendees enter the park. Altrusans also sell passes and camping sites as needed. The organizers of the music festival make a donation to Altrusa for this service.
